At Vredenburg Primary School, learners have the opportunity to develop their creativity and talents through art, music, and cultural activities. We encourage participation in art projects, musical performances, and a variety of cultural events, where every learner can express themselves with confidence.
Learners also participate in annual eisteddfods, giving them the opportunity to showcase their skills, build confidence, and gain valuable performance experience.
Music forms an important part of our cultural programme and provides learners with the opportunity to develop their musical abilities and confidence. Additional music lessons are offered from Grade 1 to Grade 7 at an additional monthly fee, with instruction in recorder, guitar, piano, singing, and percussion orchestra.
Learners also have the opportunity to participate in eisteddfods, where they can showcase their talents, gain valuable experience, and perform on stage with confidence.

Art provides learners with the opportunity to develop their creativity, imagination, and artistic skills. Learners from Grade 3 to Grade 7 receive a one-hour art period each week.
Our learners participate in annual eisteddfods, where they proudly showcase their artwork and gain valuable experience. For learners with a particular interest and talent in art, an after-school Art Club is offered. Selected learners from each grade have the opportunity to further develop and refine their eisteddfod entries with guidance and support.

Vredenburg Primary School has a Junior Choir for Grades 1 to 3 and a Senior Choir for Grades 4 to 7. Both choirs participate in the annual Eisteddfod and practise throughout the year to ensure they perform at their best during the August performances.
The Junior Choir rehearses during school hours, while the Senior Choir meets twice a week before school. In addition to regular rehearsals, the Senior Choir also attends workshops where learners further develop and refine their vocal techniques.
